FAQ’S

Q: If I order today, how soon will I get my materials?
A: We use 2-3-day Priority Mail from the Post Office. Packages usually go out the day after you order and arrive in 2 or 3 business days (Saturdays included).

Q: What makes your stuff different?
A: We explain the information in Plain English, using stories, characters, and even some humor. We cover the same information that the bigger companies cover without putting our customers to sleep.

Q: Are there any guarantees if I don’t pass?
A: No.

Q: Which licenses/products do you cover?
A: We cover the Series 7, 6, 63, 65, and 66. For additional licenses, please click on “other licenses” from any of the five websites.

Q: What are your five websites?
A: www.passthe7.com, www.passthe6.com, www.passthe63.com, www.passthe65.com, www.passthe66.com. Each product line is a separate website to make the ordering process easier.

Q: What is included in the full package?
A: The textbook, the DVD set, and our Pass the 7 ExamCram Online Test Prep.

Q: What is the price of the full package?
A: The prices are given at the top right corner of the home page for each series, i.e. www.passthe7.com for Series 7 and www.passthe65.com for Series 65.

Q: Tell me more about the audio CD’s.
A: These are recorded lectures that you can listen to on your I-POD, car stereo, computer, etc. Each disc contains approximately 80 minutes of material, so the Series 6 and 63 sets cover about 4 hours, while the Series 65, 66, and 7 sets cover about 6 hours of detailed lectures. Practice questions are discussed in detail throughout the CD’s.

Q: How do I sign up for the exam or get more information?
A: For the Series 63, 65, and 66, visit www.nasaa.org under “industry and regulatory resources.” For the Series 7 or 6, visit www.finra.org under “information for brokers” then “Exam Requirements and Study Guides” then either of the first two links at the middle of the page.

Q: If I fail an exam, what happens?
A: After the first or second unsuccessful attempt, you must wait 30 days. If you fail a third time, you must wait six months and that means every additional time, as well. There is no limit to the number of times you can take the exam, although your firm might have a policy on this issue.
